Made daily with puff pastry and pasta dough, abundant fillings and a spectacular flavor. These are our varieties: Bonito, Meat, York and Cheese, Cecina and Goat Cheese.

We make round tuna and meat empanadas to order, with 9 and 18 servings.

Typical Marañuelas from Avilés
Marañuelas are typical sweets from Avilés, recognized for their spongy texture and unmistakable flavor. These round cakes, often decorated with icing sugar, are a fundamental part of the rich Asturian gastronomic tradition.
The perfect mixture of flour, eggs, butter, sugar and yeast is the base of our Marañuelas. We carefully select ingredients of the highest quality to ensure an authentic and delicious taste.
Our fermentation process is essential to achieve the spongy texture and characteristic flavor of our Marañuelas. The dough rests for approximately 12 hours, allowing the flavors to fully develop.
Each Marañuela is hand formed with skill and care by our expert bakers. Individualized attention ensures that each piece is unique and maintains the artisanal tradition that defines us.
Once molded, our Marañuelas are placed in our stone oven, where they are carefully cooked at 180º for 40 minutes. This process guarantees a golden, crispy crust, as well as a fluffy and delicious interior texture.
The result is a Marañuela that contains the essence of Asturian tradition in every bite. With its perfect balance of textures and flavors, each piece is a culinary masterpiece that delights the senses.
Morcón
It is an elongated and rolled bread dough, filled with the best ingredients and baked in our ovens.
We make them with york and cheese and also with bacon, chorizo ??and egg.
